Our Mission
In today’s fast-paced global market, our mission is to connect businesses, identify the right mould and production solutions, and support our partners in expanding into new markets.
With over 20 years of experience in the plastics industry, we combine consulting, sourcing and technical expertise to help companies find the right moulds, injection moulding machines and plastic products. We also provide complete project coordination — from the initial inquiry to payment and international delivery.
Used Moulds
Since 2001, we have helped companies buy and sell used injection moulds. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with 10–15 established plastic manufacturers, many of which have more than 50 years of production experience.
These companies often have a significant number of moulds that are no longer in active production. However, as they remain focused on their core manufacturing activities, they rarely have the time or resources to manage the sales process.
This is where EUM acts as a trusted sourcing and consulting partner. We identify available moulds, evaluate their condition, provide detailed technical information and support the complete transaction process.
Our goal is to help buyers reduce sourcing risks while helping manufacturers find value in unused production assets.
Although our name is European Used Moulds, our portfolio has expanded over time to include moulds originally manufactured in China that are currently located in Europe.
Whenever possible, moulds are inspected and tested before being offered for sale. We also verify that they have been properly stored and maintained.

As we worked with more customers and partners, we expanded our services to meet their needs. Today, we provide consulting, sourcing and project support for used moulds, new moulds, injection moulding machines, plastic products and complete factory solutions.

How to work with us?
Step 1 – Introduction and Initial Inquiry
If you are interested in our used moulds, injection moulding machines or plastic products, please contact us by email and tell us what you are looking for.
If this is your first inquiry, please send us some basic information about your company, including your company name, address, website and contact details.
Based on your inquiry, we will review your request and contact you if any additional information is needed. Once we have all the necessary details, we will check availability and provide the relevant information, including price, condition and technical details, where applicable.
If you require additional information, feel free to contact us again — We will be happy to answer your questions and provide any available details.
Step 2 – Evaluation and Verification
Once you have received the initial information, you can continue with the evaluation of the selected moulds, machines or products.
We offer two options:
On-site inspection
You are welcome to visit the manufacturer’s facility in Serbia, near Belgrade, to inspect the equipment and verify its condition.
Remote verification
If you are unable to visit, we can arrange additional photos, videos and, whenever possible, production samples or test runs to provide more information.
Please note that production testing requires machine setup, production time and raw materials. For this reason, some manufacturers may require a refundable deposit or a testing fee before arranging a production trial. Any deposit may be deducted from the final purchase price if the order is completed. The conditions depend on the manufacturer and will always be agreed in advance.
Step 3. – Closing the deal
Once all technical and commercial details have been agreed, including price, condition and documentation, the process moves to payment and transport.
We provide all the necessary information to help you make your final decision and ensure a transparent process from start to finish. Payment is usually made directly to the manufacturer’s bank account, according to the agreed terms.
After the payment has been confirmed, we help coordinate the transport by reviewing the available options and choosing the most suitable solution based on cost and reliability.
The buyer also has the option to arrange transport independently if preferred.
We stay in close contact with both the buyer and the manufacturer throughout the process to help ensure that the delivery is completed successfully and all agreed conditions are met.
